PERSONAL TRAINING services at PTSportsPRO is designed to help you achieve your fitness and health goals with customized exercise programs and experienced coaching. Our Personal Trainers are certified professionals who have the knowledge, skills and abilities to design safe and effective workouts for different needs and levels. These services are offered as a one-on-one service or can be done in small groups of 2-4. Our services can benefit people who have specific goals, such as weight loss, muscle gain, injury recovery, sports performance, or general wellness. We can also provide accountability, motivation, education, and feedback to help you stay on track and overcome challenges.

STUART COACHING: We are pleased to have a strategic partnership with STUART COACHING. Owned and operated by Kari Stuart, a mom, wife, coach, runner, triathlete and all-around lover of life, Kari will help you filter through the fads of endurance advice and help you focus on what works for you. As an experienced and educated coach, Kari will provide you with a personalized, science-based training program that fits with your current fitness and experience level. Expect nutrition advice, workout assistance, motivation, and race strategy as part of this service. Kari will continue to provide private coaching through STUART COACHING, but she will also join our staff at PTSportsPRO as a Personal Trainer to continue her work with our athletes.
